Who we are
Dynasty Windows, Doors & Glazing Systems Ltd ("we", "us") is the data controller for personal information collected through this website. Our registered address is 80 Diamond Drive, Didcot, OX11 6FH. You can contact us at dynastywindows.dw@gmail.com or on 07861 927 272.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number (optional) and your message. We use these only to reply to you, arrange a survey and prepare a quotation.
How your enquiry is processed
Enquiry form submissions are delivered to our inbox by email using Resend (Resend, Inc.), which acts as our data processor. To protect the form from spam we keep a short-lived record of a one-way hashed (non-reversible) version of your IP address and email address, used only to limit repeated submissions. The website is hosted by Vercel Inc.
Analytics and cookies
Nothing that is not needed to run the site is set until you agree. When you first visit you are asked whether to allow cookies, with Reject and Accept side by side.
If you accept, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are viewed. It uses cookies and collects information such as your approximate location and device type. It does not tell us who you are.
If you reject, no analytics or advertising cookies are set. Google receives only signals that carry no cookies and nothing that identifies you, which it uses to estimate totals. You can change your choice at any time.
Legal basis and retention
We process enquiry information on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to you, and to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. We keep enquiries for as long as needed to deal with them and any resulting work, then delete them.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email us at dynastywindows.dw@gmail.com. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
